Glazed Meatloaf


Ingredients:

Meatloaf:

  • 2 lb ground beef

  • 1 onion, diced (1/2 cup)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp onion salt

  • 3/4 cup quick oats

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Glaze Topping:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 2 tsp mustard

Side Items:

  • Asparagus

  • Potatoes

  • Mashed Potatoes

  • Broccoli


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray ( I use a a 13 x9 sometimes)

  2. Mix together beef, onion, eggs, pepper, garlic and onion salt, oats, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce in a large bowl, using your hands, don't over mix

  3. In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, sugar, and mustard

  4. Add meatloaf mix to pan and spread the sauce on top of the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour and 15-30 minutes.
