Glazed Meatloaf
Ingredients:
Meatloaf:
2 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced (1/2 cup)
2 eggs
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp onion salt
3/4 cup quick oats
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Glaze Topping:
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp mustard
Side Items:
Asparagus
Potatoes
Mashed Potatoes
Broccoli
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray ( I use a a 13 x9 sometimes)
Mix together beef, onion, eggs, pepper, garlic and onion salt, oats, Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce in a large bowl, using your hands, don't over mix
In a small bowl, combine the ketchup, sugar, and mustard
Add meatloaf mix to pan and spread the sauce on top of the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour and 15-30 minutes.
