Lemon Herb Marinade

Ingredients: 

  • (Chicken, steak, or veggies)

  • ⅓ c extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar 

  • 1 ½ tbsp worcestershire sauce 

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 

  • ½ tsp italian seasoning 

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp tellicherry black peppercorns


Serve with rice pilaf 


Directions:

  1. In large bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest and juice, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire, garlic, and Italian seasoning. 

  2. Add meat or veggies to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes

  3. Remove meat or veggies and season with salt and pepper. Cook and discard the marinade leftovers.
