Hospital Bags Packed & Ready To Go


The last step for prepping for Bradley would be the hospital bags for me, Bobby, and Bradley. I watched different videos and read different articles on the best items to bring. You can click here for some of the items I packed.


Mommy Bag

Clothing:

  • Robe

  • Warm Socks

  • Ankle socks

  • Slippers

  • Nursing Bras

  • Nursing Friendly Tank

  • Barefoot Dreams Cardigan

  • 2 Comfy Loungewear Outfits/Pjs

  • Button Up PJs

  • Going Home Outfit

  • Flip flops for shower

  • Underwear

Post Partum Items

My best friend got me the "Frida Mom Post Partum Kit" for me and I am so glad I have it for the big day. It comes with:

  • Disposable Underwear

  • Instant Ice Maxi Pads

  • Perineal Cooling Liners

  • Perineal Healing Foam

  • I ordered the Fridamom Peri bottle since it was not included

Other Post Partum Items:

  • Nursing Pads

  • Silver Nursing Cups

  • Lanisinoh Lanolin Nipple Cream

I was really close to getting my own cute labor and delivery gown, but then I didn’t want to spend extra on something that was not necessarily a need. You can look at a few options from Kindred Bravely and Gownies if you are wanting your own gown.


Daddy Bag

  • Slippers

  • 1-2 Outfits

  • Comfy Outfit for sleeping

  • Plenty of snacks

  • Flip Flops for shower

Bobby doesn't plan on packing much, so it is really up to the dad what to pack. I suggested a few things, but he wants to pack as light as possible.

  • Ids

  • Insurance Cards

  • Water bottles

  • Bath Towels

Baby Bag

  • Pediatrician Information

  • Birth Sign (I got this one from Hobby Lobby)

  • Newborn outfit (Caden Lane)

  • Take-Home Outfit

  • Nursing Cover Up

  • Baby Journal

  • A couple of onesies

  • Socks

  • Swaddle

  • Pacifier

  • Pumps
