Dad/Granddad Gift DIY BBQ Plate
You will need a platter, paint, paint pen, and clear gaze finisher. I got the platters from Homegoods ($12 each) and the other items I got from Hobby Lobby.
I had mom help me. She held Bradley while I placed his hand and feet. We did his right foot first and went down the row doing each plate and continued with the others.
After letting the hand print and foot prints dry, I painted the buns. I let that dry and painted on the condiments. I then used a paint marker to write the names and grill platter.
When it was all dry, I sprayed it with a clear glaze. They turned out so good and the dad's loved them.

How does this hold up being washed? Will any paint I have on hand work as long as I use the clear glaze?
