Turkey Pasta Creation

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 4 cups of spinach

  • 8 oz small pasta

  • 1/2 panko breadcrumbs

  • 6 tbsp tomato paste

Side Options:

  • Salad of you choice (caesar, house, etc.)

  • Asparagus


Directions:

  1. Season the ground turkey with garlic salt and pepper. Add the olive oil to the pan and then add the turkey, cook until done then move to plate

  2. Cook garlic in 1/3 c oil until turns golden brown (about 3 min)

  3. Add spinach and stir

  4. While cooking, cook pasta in a separate pan

  5. Once spinach shrinks, add tomato paste and red pepper flakes, cook until paste turns darker (about 3 min)

  6. Add cooked pasta and stir for about 5-10 minutes

  7. Once cooked, serve with panic crumbs on top
