2023 Goals & Resolutions


I didn't have many goals or resolutions last year. My main goal was to do what was best for me and my baby which is something I did really well with. This included cutting out toxic people in my life and as hard as it was, my life is so much happier with less stress.


This year I want to continue doing what is best for me and my family along with some new aspirations.


2023 List

  1. Less time on my phone

  2. Spend more time with God

  3. Workout 5/7 days of the week

  4. More experiences & travel

  5. Save more money

  6. Clean eating

  7. Read at least 50 books

  8. More self care

  9. Stress & worry less

  10. Be the best mom that I can be

Goals and resolutions are very healthy to have. It keeps you motivated and busy. Work, family, personal, whatever it is, you can always be better and feel better. I challenge you to come up with at least 5 goals/resolutions for 2023. Reflect on 2022, think on what you wish you would have accomplished, and what you would like to this year.


Keep in mind that if you pick some goals such as clean eating, less eating out, saving money, or working out that you are consistent throughout the year.The biggest challenge is sticking with a goal, so let's all work on our goals all year long!


2023 is a new year, a new beginning for everyone. Happy New Year.
